How I Got on the Self Improvement Path

More than a decade ago, I got started on this journey of self improvement. The real catalyst that got me started was going through an experience of life that some people choose called “divorce”. But although the divorce was the great catalyst I needed to get off my behind and improve myself in every way possible, the beginnings of that journey would never have been possible without direction. The direction I very much needed at that very confusing and messed up time in my life came from reading a self improvement related book called “The Way of The Peaceful Warrior”. It changed my life to say the least. Ever since the day I picked up that book, life has never been the same. And it is for that reason that I now continue to write self improvement articles and am in the process of writing several self improvement books.

Keeping Your Energy and Dedication Up

Every once in a while I find myself slacking off on this path of improving myself. Every so often it begins to feel like too much work to constantly keep improving myself. Every once in a while I just want to sit back and see things happen my way for once, the way I like it. But then the beauty about life and this journey of self improvement is that “Life tends to not give us exactly what we want but instead it always gives us what we need”.

That’s why I have found it so imperative to do things to keep my energy and commitment level high in order to keep improving myself anytime there’s an opportunity. And the way I have found that works really well is to keep reading self improvement books and self improvement articles. Although I love pretty much any forms of self improvement articles and self improvement books, I find the ones that move me into action and raise my energy most are the ones that share a story, a personal journey or struggle of some sort.

I find that those types of self improvement articles and self improvement books help the most because the writer shares from a personal space and therefore most people can identify with what is written about. I know of no one and neither have I heard of anyone that has achieved great successes or done amazing things in life without first going through some massive struggle and challenge in their life. Often, the greatest achievements done and people are all people who have crashed so low and hit rock bottom before they made it.

The Value of Reading

So I ask the question, where would we be if we didn’t have people who share their personal stories through self improvement articles and self improvement books? Because at the very least, self improvement articles and self improvement books give us a feeling that we are not alone in our struggles. Most often they raise our energy, and level of belief and faith that we can do it, achieve it or overcome it too. And at best, self improvement articles and self improvement books give us a clear direction, a sense of purpose again and clear steps of how we can move forward in the direction that will fulfill us most.

So to me, there is no doubt that constantly reading self improvement articles and self improvement books can only help us in our journey forward, not just towards achieving things in life but most importantly towards helping us become the higher self that we are inside. And by becoming that higher self that we are and continually spiraling upward, we can serve and contribute in more positive ways towards others who are perhaps in struggles we were once in. Reading self improvement articles and books helps give us different perspective on life and it experiences.

Hence, it is my belief that continually reading self improvement articles and books and then perhaps even writing your own, can itself be so helpful to not only you, but others too. So I say keep on reading and writing.

But what does it really mean to “Self Improve?” What are we really improving when we self improve? And what “self” are we improving?

We each have two “selves” – our wounded self and our core Self. Our core Self is our true self, our natural soul self – our essence. Our core Self is our passion, our joy, our gifts and talents, our ability to love, our creativity. We come into this life as our core Self, and when this Self is loved and valued by our parents, we continue to naturally grow our God- given gifts and talents and manifest the fullness of our beings. This Self wants to improve by learning the skills necessary to fully express itself.

But when this Self is not seen and valued in the way we needed, we create an alternative self, a self we hope will have control over getting the love we need and avoiding the pain we can’t handle – a self to help us feel safe. This is our false self, our wounded self, our ego self. This self is filled with the false beliefs that we absorbed as we were growing up – beliefs that end up limiting our true, core Self. This self does not needs improving – it needs healing.

The term “self improvement” can sometimes be a bit misleading, because we do not want to improve our wounded self. We do not want to improve on the ways we lie, manipulate, and avoid in our attempts to have control over getting love and avoiding pain. We don’t want to improve on our many addictions to substance and processes. We don’t want to improve on our anger, our compliance, our withdrawal and our resistance.

We want to heal it.

Healing and improving are not the same thing.

We can certainly self-improve when it comes to skills. We can improve in sports, in art, music, writing, cooking. We can improve our health and wellbeing by improving our diet and exercise program. We can improve in the knowledge we need to be more successful regarding work and money. We might be able to improve our relationships by learning new communication skills. But what if acquiring new knowledge and skills does not improve our health, or our ability to earn money, or our relationships? And what if learning new skills does not bring us more joy and inner peace? It may mean that we need to heal the underlying fears and false beliefs that cause us to be anxious, depressed, stressed, guilt- ridden, shamed, withdrawn, angry, blaming, or sad.

Sometimes Self Improvement just means practicing a skill, and others times it means that we need to participate in a deep healing process. For example, many people try to improve their health by losing weight and exercising. But if their food addictions are covering over unhealed pain, they might not be able to just change their diet. They might need to open to a healing process in order to eventually improve.

If you are really trying to self improve but find yourself stuck and unable to progress, or find that you have no joy or inner peace, you might want to open to the possibility that unhealed pain and beliefs are blocking your progress and causing your pain. It is easy to improve yourself when there is nothing blocking the way. But if you have old false beliefs about your adequacy and worth, these beliefs may be blocking your ability to take loving action in your own behalf. All your efforts to self improve will not bring you the satisfaction you are seeking if you have beliefs that are keeping you limited in fully expressing your true, core Self. If you are stuck, then you need to seek out a healing process, such as the Inner Bonding process we teach, that will move you out of the fears and beliefs that limit you. Healing these fears and limiting beliefs will open the door to improving your life in all ways!

Self Improvement advice # 1: One key to self-improvement is to LISTEN and TALK to a trusted friend. Get somebody who you feel comfort in opening up with even the most gentle matters you desire to talk about. Ask him questions like:

“do you believe I’m ill-mannered?”

“Do I always sound so argumentative?”

“Do I talk too loud?”

“Does my breath smell?”

“Do I ever bore you when were together?”….

In this manner, the other person will plainly think that you’re interested in the process of self- improvement, Personal development and growth. Listen to his comments and criticisms and don’t give him replies like “Don’t overdo! That’s simply the way I am!” Open up your mind and heart also. And reciprocally, you might need to assist your friend with constructive criticism that will also assist him to better him self.

Self Improvement advice # 2: Start Building up your self confidence, Never think of yourself as a failure, always think Positive. For Example, while Watching Tv commercial when you see those models with gorgeous physical appearances, Instead of feeling sorry for your self, think more on self- improvement and self esteem.

Self Improvement advice # 3: Always Believe in inner beauty rather then physical appearance. Outer body is not so important to make some one good. it will fade with time but the inner beauty will grow richer.

Self Improvement advice # 4: Always Help other people any way possible and try to bring smiles to people face especially When they find them so down and low about themselves, help them rise up on their feet. Do not sink with them. They will pull you in down more and both of you will wind up experiencing deficient.

Self Improvement advice # 5: Learn from your mistakes (very important and crucial for self-improvement and personal development and growth). We are human we make mistake but we never repeat the mistakes twice. So learn form your mistakes. Don’t feel stupid and doomed forever just because you failed on a science quiz. There’s always a next time. Make rooms for self-improvement and development

Self Improvement advice # 6: Self-improvement is a one day at a time process. So go slow and do one thing at a time. you cant ride two boat and one time – Right?

Self Improvement advice # 7: The biggest advantage of self-improvement is that it always results to internal stableness, personal development and improvement, personality growth and your success. it comes from self-assurance, self-admiration and self-respect.

Self Improvement advice # 8: Always set goals for your self, meaningful and achievable goals. Setting meaningful and achievable goals for your life is important for improvement and development. It gives you the motivation you need every single morning. Self-improvement hopes and aims to result to an improved and sounder YOU.

Self Improvement advice # 9: Be Nice to Other peoples, greet them and make good compliments about them. Small things mean great to other people. When we’re being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them.

Self Improvement advice # 10: When you are conformable to accept changes, improvement and development in your life and go through the process of self-improvement, it does not mean that everybody else is also on the track of improvement and personal development. The world is a place where you will find people of different values and attitude. Sometimes, even if you think you and your best friend always like to do the same thing together at the same time, he would most probably refuse an invitation for self-improvement.

Self Improvement advice # 11: Before ordering other people some manner on self-improvement self esteem or how to develop themselves, let them see that you yourself is a representation and a product of self-improvement. Self improvement creates us improve people, we then inspire other people, and so the rest of the humanity will follow.

Self Improvement advice # 12: Quit considering yourselves as second-rate human beings. Bury the repetitive thought of “If only I was richer… if only I was thinner” and so on. Accepting your true self is the initiative to self-improvement personal development and growth. We should stop doing comparison of ourselves to others simply to discover at the end that we’ve found ten additional reasons to envy them.

Self Improvement advice # 13: We should better always think that there’s no such thing as ‘over night success’. Its always a tremendous feeling to hang on to the things that you already have now, realizing that those are just one of the things you once longed-for.

Self Improvement advice # 14: A very nice quote says that “once the pupil is prepare, the instructor will come out.” We’re all here to learn our lessons. Our parents, schoolteachers, admirers/friends, fellow worker, officemates, neighbors… they’re our instructors. When we open our doors for self improvement and personal development, we increase our opportunities to head to the road of success.

Rune Meditations FA for Wealth/Prosperity

For the first time you can now combine the Ancient Wisdom of the Runes with the power of Quantum Physics to attract wealth.

I believe in the power of the Universal Creative Energies called the RUNES. The power of the Law of Attraction. The Law of Three. The Law of Resonant Frequencies. All laws you can now use to recreate your life the way you want it.

To practice this runic breathing exercise you do not need any ritualistic paraphernalia. All you will need is to print out the oversized rune you will find at the this lesson.

It is best to print it out on hard card stock, it will last longer.

For this runic breathing exercise we will use RUNE-FA . The Rune of mobile wealth.

To begin, sit comfortably in your favorite chair. It is best if possible to use the same chair everyday for your runic meditations. In this way the chair will become imbued and charged with runic energies. After awhile, just sitting in the chair will bring you the feeling of peace and calm.

Relax, do not strain. Breathe slowly and deeply Do not be concerned if you are doing it right or wrong. Do not be concerned if you are pleasing or displeasing a god/goddess. It is not a ritual. It is about attracting rune energies.

It is your personal rune-meditation-for-wealth breathing exercise. It is energy and vibrations.

Where you place your attention your energy flows. You actually touch what you think about, and it will touch you back. When you place your attention on the runes in the Quantum Ocean their energies will flow towards you. You are performing an energy transfer.

RUNE MEDITATION FA WEALTH

The runic wealth energy that you are about to attract has to have a specific target, a specific place to flow to. You will now prepare yourself to mentally receive these energies into your personal energy field (AURA.)

Once your personal energy field is charged with this runic energy then you can mentally create whatever means to this wealth that you desire

Or, you can let this rune energy circulate throughout your body and energy fields, charging each cell in your body with the desire for wealth energy.

Or, you can mentally send runic energy to someone at a distance to help their wealth process to begin.

This is known as magic at a distance.

Your mind is a very powerful radionic tool, if it is used correctly. Visualization is one of its most creative tools. It works extremely well with runic energies.

We are not going to attach any magical, mystical, spiritual, religious or secret meanings to our runic breathing exercises. We are simply going to think of it as our individual energy system exercise. It is into this middle pillar system of energies that we will pour our runic energies..

You can visualize your five energy chakras as basketball size spheres.

These five chakras are :

* CROWN CHAKRA basketball sphere 4″ above your head.

* THROAT CHAKRA basketball sphere in neck and throat area.

* HEART CHAKRA basketball sphere in heart area.

* GENITAL CHAKRA basketball sphere in genital area.

* GROUND CHAKRA basketball sphere in your feet area.

These five chakras are lined up in the center of your body. There is a 3″ tube connecting each one. This way the runic energy can flow from the crown chakra to the ground chakra.

LET US START THE RUNE-MAGIC-MEDIATION-FOR-WEALTH
EXERCISE

Sit quietly and visualize your middle pillar energy system within you.

Visualize an infinite ocean of energy, the Quantum Ocean all around you. Use whatever visualization you wish. This is not a prayer nor a sacred ritual to the gods/goddesses. You can’t do it wrong. This is your own personalized runic energy healing exercise.

Hold the large FA cardboard rune in your lap with both hands.

Look at it. As you place your attention on the runic symbol on your lap the FA energy from the Quantum Ocean will start to flow towards you.

Your runic energy must have a target, a place to go. This is where most students make their mistake. You must give the energy a specific target.

The runic energy target will be your Middle Pillar Energy System .

Now slowly and steadily, while looking at the FA rune symbol, breath this energy into yourself. Breath it in as if it were a wonderful flowing stream of light.

Intone (say mentally to yourself)

“I am now inhaling the PROSPERITY runic energy of FA, from the Quantum Ocean into my crown chakra (4″ basketball sphere above your head.”)

By using your mental powers you control the runic energy exchange from the Quantum Ocean to your energy fields.

Mentally see this runic energy flowing from the Quantum Ocean into your crown chakra. See your crown chakra fill up with this energy.

Take a moment and feel and visualize this crown chakra full of runic prosperity energy. Do not rush.

As you advance in your studies you will learn to use colors also.

For now it is suffice to use white light. But make it a dynamic, sparkling white light.

Intone three times.

Take a deep breath each time, look at FA rune in your hands.

The runic energy in the crown chakra will now start to flow down the 3″ tube and start to fill your throat chakra.

When your throat chakra is full of runic energy, see this energy flowing down the 3″ tube into your heart chakra.

When you heart chakra is full, see the energy flowing down the 3″ tube into your genetal chakra.

When your genital chakra is full, see the energy flowing down to your ground (feet) chakra.

Take a few minutes and sit in your middle pillar of runic prosperity energies. See this rich white FA energy filling all of your 5 spheres (chakras) and your middle pillar.

CIRCULATE THE FA RUNIC ENERGY

Start to circulate the money energy around your body.

Visualize a 3″ stream of this white light flowing out of your crown chakra and flowing down the front of your body.

This 3″ energy flows down your face, your chest, your stomach, your genetals, your legs, to your feet and toes.

Then under your feet and up your heels, your calves, your thighs, your buttocks, your spine, your neck, back of head and back into your crown chakra.

You now have a flowing ring of runic money energy flowing down the front of your body and up the back. You have the first ring of energy around your body.

SECOND RING OF ENERGY

Start a second stream of energy out of your crown chakra down the left side of your head, your ear, your shoulder, your arm, your hip, your thigh, your leg, your ankle.

Under your feet and up the right side. Your ankle, thigh, hip, shoulder, ear and back into the crown chakra.

THIRD STREAM OF ENERGY

From your heart chakra visualize a third 3″ flow of energy coming out of your heart. Let it flow to about one foot in front of you.

Now circle it clockwise around your body from left to right.

Let us stop here for a moment. This may sound very complicated. It is not. After some practice you will be able to do the whole middle pillar healing exercise in 15 minutes.

Fifteen minutes once a day to improve your health, wealth and happiness. This is a small price to pay.

Remember we are dealing with energies. Energy flows. That is what we are doing, getting the energy out of the Quantum Ocean to flow towards you and into you

You have now created 3 rings of flowing runic energy around your body.

One around the front of your body from crown chakra to feet and up your back.

One around your body from left side of crown chakra down the left side of your body. Up the right side of your body and back into the crown chakra.

One around your middle, clockwise.

Now expand these three rings so that you fill your aura, which is one foot from your body. See and fill your aura full of white prosperity runic light. Forget about the 3 rings and concentrate on your aura being full.

This is your egg shaped auric shell. This is where all prosperity begins.

You always have an aura surrounding you. Most people have aura’s that are very close to their body like a pair of pantyhose. We want to expand our auras out so that they are surrounding us at least one foot from our bodes all around us. This gives us more energy and more protection.

By continuing your breathing exercises your aura will get stronger and stronger. Your health and well being will also increase as your aura gets stronger.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO WITH THIS MONEY ENERGY?

(1) Give yourself a general prosperity healing session?

(2) Send prosperity energy to a certain business?

(3) Send this prosperity energy to a friend or loved one? (distance does not matter)

GIVE YOURSELF A GENERAL PROSPERITY SESSION

Take a deep breath and mentally intone:

“I am now inhaling this powerful runic FA energy into every cell of my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.”

Feel the energy from your auric shell entering your body and filling every cell.

Exhale.

Take a second breath and repeat intonation.

Exhale.

Take a third breath and repeat intonation.

Exhale.

Now sit quietly as your auric shell, which is filled with FA wealth energy, charges every cell of your body.

Sit as long as you like.

Give a silent thank you to the Rune FA .

Know that the Rune Meditation for Prosperity is at work as you go about your business

SEND THE FA RUNIC PROSPERITY ENERGY TO A BUSINESS OR MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITY

Let us say you have a particular business or money making plan that you want to send prosperity energy to.

Let us say that you are concerned about your website business.

While you are sitting in your chair with your auric shell full of runic FA energy, take a deep breath and intone mentally:

“I am now sending the powerful prosperity energy of the FA rune into every fawcett of my webiste business.”

Visualize the white sparkling energy in your aura flowing into your website. Visualize your website on the screen in front of you. Your website as far as the Quantum Ocean is concerned is a living entity. All living entities give off and attract energy. Treat it as if it was alive and send it prosperity energy.

Again three breaths.

Three and nine are the magical multiples when using the runes.

Sit as long as you like and enjoy the felling of well being that this transfer of energy between you and your website will bring you.

You can do it as often as you like.

You can use this breathing exercise and send the energy to any business or money making plan you have.

We are talking about energy. The beautiful simplicity of this exercise is that we are attracting energy out of the Quantum Ocean (MIND OF GOD). We are then using our minds to direct this prosperity energy to where it is needed.

DISTANT PROSPERITY

Send wealth energy to the business of a friend or a loved one. Life-force knows no distance barrier. It does not travel like electricity does in our three dimensional world. The only distance in the world of Life-force (Quantum Ocean) is similarities of shape.

When you think of your loved ones business you set up a mental link. The thought of your loved ones business in your mind is your loved ones business as far as Quantum Ocean is concerned.

So, when you think of it, you are actually making contact. You are touching the business. Close your eyes and think of the business. You are mentally sending it the energy you have stored in your auric shell. You are touching it with this energy. There is no distance between their business and your mental picture of it.

With your aura filled with the runic FA energy, take a deep breath, visualize your loved ones business in your mind, then exhale slowly through your mouth and see this prosperity FA energy flowing out of your mouth and into the auric shell of the business.

Once it reaches the auric shell of your friends business it will know where to go to bring prosperity.

You can also hold a photo or a business card of your loved ones business in your hands and breathe on it. The prosperity FA energy will flow into the picture and into the business.

The Creator God made all his laws simple . Only man complicates them.

Learn all you can about the Laws of Quantum Physics. The next 2000 years will be all about energy and energy transferring.

No one doubts that these are very difficult times. But these times have been foretold for thousands of years. It is no more, nor less than the changing of Ages caused by the movement of our Solar System through the galaxy.

In our Northern Mythology it was called “The Wolf Age.” In the East “Kali Yuga.”

But it need not concern us modern day Vikings. What we see happening in this world is what is happening to the collective unconsciousness of humanity. Those who hang onto the group mind and the paradigm of the Age of Pisces.

We are in a new paradigm, the Age of Aquarius and we have a new set of rules to live by. The Laws of Quantum Physics.

The most powerful tools on the planet now are the Runes. The Runes are the keys to the Universal Energies of Creation. We must learn to use our tools to create our own life. Runes Grand Canyon Meditation:

You need two realms to be able to transfer the creative energies of the Runes out of the Quantum Ocean (non-physical) into your Aura and your life. You need an outer rune realm and an inner rune realm. For the outer rune realm. I will tell you what mine is, as an example.

It is my favorite recliner chair in my living room. I sit there every time I do a rune meditation or a rune breathing exercise. I do my rune meditation early every morning (4 am.), for at least 1/2 hour. Over the years this chair has become imbued with runic energies. It is my outer rune realm.

My inner rune realm is the Grand Canyon. It is the mental meditation I built to transfer the infinite runic energies in the Quantum Ocean into my finite mental world.

While sitting in my chair (outer rune realm) I mentally picture my self at the Grand Canyon (My inner Rune Realm).

When I do my rune meditations, I am pulling the energies out of the infinite Ocean of Runic energies of the Quantum Ocean into my mental inner rune realm, my outer Rune Realm (chair) and into my Aura.

I chose the Grand Canyon because I lived in Arizona for 20 years. I made 17 visits to it. It is a magical, powerful energy vortex. It was no doubt created by the Creator God as a link between the inner worlds and the outer worlds.

I mentally picture myself sitting at the edge of the Grand Canyon North Rim. I stare at “Thor’s Hammer”, one of the magnificent monuments to our Northern God. I mentally visualize Odin and Thor and Tyr on my right hand. Heimdel, Frey, Niord on my left. According to the laws of Quantum Physics when I mentally see myself in the Grand Canyon I am actually in the Grand Canyon.

In front of me spanning the breath of the Grand Canyon is a semi circle of Armanen Runes. They are huge red flaming runes starting from left to right. These flaming runes are the doorways between the inner and outer rune worlds.

I choose the rune I want, gaze at it and mentally say, “I am now attracting the energies of the Rune FA (or any other) out of the Quantum Ocean, through the Rune FA doorway, and into my mind. From my mind into my Aura and into my Life.”

I visualize the flaming runic energy filling my mind and my Aura. I spend about 1/2 doing these runic transfers from the Quantum Ocean and into my life.

When I open my eyes at the end of my Grand Canyon rune meditation, I can feel my chair, my aura and my body filled with the runic energy.

I get up and go about my business with the assurance and confidence that these runic energies will eventually manifest into my life as people, places and events. Don’t ever scoff at the simplicity of this exercise.

Frigga is the Northern European’s Goddess of the home, fertility, love, motherhood and protection.

Women with or without children need the protective vibrations of the Goddess Frigga and the energies of her powerful Berkana Rune in their lives and homes. GODDESS FRIGGA

Frigga is the All-Mother, wife of Odin.

She is the goddess of the home, family, fertility, love, motherhood, domestic affairs and ease of transition (dying.)

Frigga is as powerful as Odin and is the only god/goddess allowed to sit in Odin’s high seat Hlidskjalf when he is not there. She can look out over the whole universe from there. There is nothing she does not know. But she is called the silent Goddess for she does not speak of what she knows.

Frigga’s children are Thor, Balder and Hodar.

Her stepchildren are Heimdal, Tyr, Vidan and Skljoldr.

Her magical tool is the distaff. And her animal totem is the goose.

The constellation Orion’s Belt is known as Frigga’s Distaff. The rotating stars at night are her spinning wheel. It is said that Frigga uses her spinning wheel to weave the clouds. She also sits at her spindle weaving the destinies of men and gods alike at the beginning of each new year.

If you wish the ask Frigga about your destiny first build a rapport with her and her Berkana rune. She may tell you. But be careful. She knows all the destinies of men, women and gods. She knew the destiny of her son Balder. She knew he would die, and try as she would, with all her powers, she could not stop it. Do you really want to know your destiny? Ask her. I am content to let mine works itself out.

Frigga’s name means LOVE. She lives in Fensalir which means “Marsh Halls.

In Scandinavia the blessing of Frigga is still invoked for birthing women with a white candle, with the Berkana Rune etched in its side. The candle is used as a charm to ensure a safe delivery.

Why do you want Frigga in your life?

In the 100+ pages I have written about Runes and Blots, there is a repeating theme.

To be great — Concentrate.

Each goddess has a variety of powers and functions, as does each of the runes. During a blot, choose one rune, one goddess, one keyword to pour your mental energies into. Frigga is the women’s goddess. I can only share so much information about her with you because I am a man and she won’t tell me. But you as a woman can build (and should build in these chaotic times) a strong relationship with her. She may just share her secrets with you.

Whatever woman’s problems you may have, stresses and worries, inharmonious relationships etc, invoke Frigga. Invoke her to insure an easy and perfect childbirth. Use the white candle ritual. You may want to place a Berkana rune symbol on the stomach.

But mostly in today’s chaotic world your children and your home need the protection of Frigga and Rune Berkana.

FRIGGA BLOT RITUAL

Again I try to keep all blots simple. They were designed for the modern day Asatruer who does not want to go the woods loaded down with ritualistic tools and outdated Viking rituals. Vikings cannot help us now with their axes and swords. Our minds and our runes and our sciences can.

This is for women who want to work alone in the privacy of their own home with modern 21st century rituals. This is what you are going to do. Attract Frigga’s protective energies using the Rune Berkana, out of the Quantum Ocean (Mind of God) and into your aura.

Let us begin!

Sit quietly in your favorite chair. Relax. Hold the Berkana Rune (print it our from bottom of page) in your lap. Look at it and meditate on it. Your mind (Mental Radionics) will make the connection between the Frigga runic energies in the Quantum Ocean (Mind of God) and you.

Take a deep breath and breathe in the Berkana runic energies. Use your imagination to see these white protective energies flowing from Frigga in the Quantum Ocean to you.

Intone mentally to yourself:

“I am now inhaling the energy of Frigga’s Berkana runes out of the Quantum Ocean (Mind of God) and into my aura.

Exhale.

Inhale and intone.

Exhale.

Inhale and intone.

Exhale.

Three time for three is a magical number of the Northern gods/goddesses.

Your aura is now full of the protective energy of Frigga’s Berkana rune.

Relax and enjoy its peaceful, healing energies.

Now take a deep breath and exhale. At the same time visualize the protective energies of Frigga pouring out of your Pinal Gland (third eye) in the middle of your forehead. Here is a very powerful secret that few know or practice. Every organ in our body has a particular function. Our Pituitary gland in the top of our heads is for receiving higher energy, like the energy that comes out or the Quantum Ocean (Mind of God.) Our Pinal gland in the center of our forehead is for sending this energy out into the physical world.

Modern doctors know very little about these two spiritual glands, because they have lost their spirituality. The curse of our times. To use as an analogy: We receive God’s powerful energy, out of the Quantum Ocean, and into the top of our heads our pituitary gland. We distribute this energy into the physical world through our pinal gland.

As above, so below.

All great magicians, healers and shamans know this. It is only now due to the discovery of the Laws of Quantum Physics that we have it. As you are mentally pouring this energy out of your pineal gland intone:

“I am now sending the protective energy of Frigga to surround my home and grounds with a sphere of white light.”

See your whole home and grounds surrounded by Frigga’s protective white light.

3 times.

Now take a deep breath and exhale this protective light to each of your children and grandchildren.

Intone:

“I am now sending Frigga’s protective energies to surround (name) and keep him/her safe all day.”

3 times for each child and grandchild. Give a mental thanks to Frigga and go about your business with the assurance that you, your home, your children and your grandchildren are protected.

Do this as often as you like. Build a powerful rapport with Frigga. It is cumulative. She awaits your attention.
